IIMDA’s goal is to see to it that our customers profit from the constant changes in business conditions. Conversion Services is one of the steps to achieving that goal.

For many businesses, even some that are already automated, this process might seem impossible to envision, really not necessary, too daunting a task and easier to shrug off than address—so many documents, no personnel for the task, other, more pressing priorities. But, imagine this: your accounting department is automated, but the shipping and receiving department is not and worse, their documentation is not electronically linked to accounting. Receivables and payables wait for documentation; payments are applied incorrectly and remittances are slow to get out. Customer and vendor service suffers and eventually some valued customers or vendors go away. Your bottom line suffers.
