President's Message:

I would like to thank our Executive Director, Rick Githens, for his continued dedication and contribution to IIMDA, and for making our meetings the success they are. We are fortunate to have such a devoted director! I would also like to recognize Kevin D’Arcy of MES, our outgoing President for the last two years, for his service, leadership, ideas, and devotion to our cause. Thank you, Kevin! I look forward to both of your continuing contributions.

For 2013 our goal is to identify new business opportunities, recognize industry trends and leverage this information for the use and benefit of our clients' ever changing business needs. We also want to grow our membership over the next year. The members attending our spring meeting will deliver real, usable ideas and applications that can be used to implement procedures and processes that produce quantifiable results.

To add additional value to our membership, we have scheduled visits to member’s facilities. Each of our fall meetings will be located in a member’s hometown and include a visit through their facility. Jeff Loreaux, President of Donnegan Systems, generously and graciously opened his doors to our group and shared his vision with us. Thank you, Jeff.

While our fall 2013 agenda is still in the works, we plan to visit the West Canadian facility in Calgary and hold true to our goal of excellence in business, by leading through experience, vision, innovation and collaboration.
